在一個科技發(fā)達的21世紀中，問題接踵而來。因為，與我們每個人息息相關(guān)的，無疑是食物的安全問題?！　〉販嫌统床?、含高濃度亞硝酸鹽的染色燕窩，鴨肉加染色劑變新西蘭A級羊排、農(nóng)藥廢渣鹽冒充“食鹽”、營養(yǎng)快線陰干后成膠狀物、肯德雞的“蘇丹紅”、豆腐中的“吊白塊”、水餃中的“毒青菜”……更危險的是“三聚氰胺”，它不僅僅在牛奶中超多出現(xiàn)，甚至在雞蛋中存在。各式各樣的食品安全問題，就像目前全球暴發(fā)的金融危機一樣，席卷神州大地，給人們的生命和健康帶來了嚴重的影響，更牽動著每一個人的心?！　∈称钒踩霈F(xiàn)問題，人的健康就會受到威脅。在如此嚴峻的問題面前，為什么還要出現(xiàn)“問題食品”?所謂的人性都到哪里去了?作為自然界生物鏈的，我們不是自食其果嗎?但是，到底是什么原因?qū)е率称烦霈F(xiàn)問題?主要的原因是生產(chǎn)者見利忘義、沒有企業(yè)基本的誠信和社會職責(zé)、賺昧心錢而罔顧消費者的人身安全。但恐怕原因不只在生產(chǎn)廠家身上吧。雖然廠家是導(dǎo)致食品出現(xiàn)問題的重要原因。但我認為，直接原因是出此刻相關(guān)部門對食品安全生產(chǎn)的操作監(jiān)管不力，沒能發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，尋找問題，解決問題，就算發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，也可能只收幾張錢，然后去掩蓋問題。而還有一個原因，我認為是出此刻消費者身上。中國的大多家庭是處于中下收入水平，沒有足夠的消費潛力，只明白貪圖便宜，從不思考食品質(zhì)量、衛(wèi)生，這樣就“鼓勵”了廠家變本加厲的去生產(chǎn)不健康的食品，因為只要他們生產(chǎn)了，就有人買，只要有人買，就能夠賣，只要賣得出去，就能夠生產(chǎn)更多去賣，賣得多了，利潤就大了，自然就賺很多錢，別人看見了，就不停地仿效，不停地仿，后幾乎所有的食品都不安全了?！　∫虢鉀Q這個棘手的問題，單單從消費者這個角度入手是遠遠不夠的。讓履行其經(jīng)濟和公共服務(wù)技能，行使其監(jiān)管職責(zé)，加強對食品的安全監(jiān)管。要讓無牌無證的生產(chǎn)商消失，要加強對食品質(zhì)量安全的檢測，要全面打擊生產(chǎn)假冒產(chǎn)品的犯罪活動。并要加大范圍加大力度的倡導(dǎo)社會誠信和企業(yè)誠信。消費者自身的防范意識、自我安全健康保護意識也是不可缺少的。當然買食品不能單純的相信吹噓的廣告：質(zhì)量，等等的。從某些消費者理解到，他們?nèi)珣{廣告，坦言道：有質(zhì)量的誰還買質(zhì)量第二的食品?話說回來，自我不對自身健康負責(zé)，何人還會關(guān)心你?　　所謂“人是鐵，飯是鋼”，如果我們?nèi)粘Ｉ畹氖称钒踩疾荒?，一切發(fā)展科技，發(fā)展經(jīng)濟的計劃就全部是空談。期望在、廠家和消費者的共同努力下，我們每個人都吃得放心。否則我們就真的什么東西都吃不了了。
